(CWW) founded in 2005 by Mr. John Brule, and acquired from Market Square Limited partnership. (CWW) is a multi-disciplined provider of Sewer Rehabilitation, Sewer & Inspections services. Plumbing and Drain service, maintenance, and installations. Environmental services include hazardous waste disposal and remediation services including tank cleaning, contaminated soil removal, and lagoon cleaning. (CWW) provides its services to Ontario, Quebec, and New Brunswick. With its experienced management team and hardworking talented staff, (CWW) has firmly established itself as a industry leader in the disciplines and provinces it serves.

This acquisition represents the third infrastructure service provider transaction for (CIG) in the past eight months.
