Construction of a new 80,000 sq. ft., laboratory testing and research facility adjoining a 3-storey administrative office tower. Scope of work also includes the construction of a new 7,000 sq. ft. multi-bay garage.
CEC Mechanical is responsible for the installation of state -of-the-art equipment to be utilized by the Owner in the design, construction, maintenance and operation of the transportation system in Ontario. Project is designed to meet the criteria to attain the sustainability targets of LEED Silver.
